Cushion Cylinder Benefits

Our TG family of tilt trailers come equipped with a cushion cylinder to dampen tilt deck travel during loading/unloading. Releasing the deck latch allows the cushion cylinder to gradually tilt the deck in place for loading. The same cylinder dampens the travel of the deck while loading equipment, making for a smooth loading experience.
